A color study for the cover to a friend's graduate thesis paper. I'll finish it some day- I only had a day or two to get this done so this was far as I got =P.

Working my butt off with 3 project classes this term, y'all. here are some random sketchbook things:

Bear studies for a bearskin coat:

Naked lady I used for a tutoring demo. This actually took more like 2 minutes.

Random doodle I sketched during a lecture to keep my brain focused.

Betty Boop Character Expressions Page

Our first assignment for my advanced storyboard class. We had to choose one of the characters on a list and draw them with 6 expressions- also given to us- while staying on model. I chose Betty Boop. Can you figure out which ones are which?

 

The expressions are:

~sharing a joke with friends

~hiding anxiously

~Loss at the death of a friend

~Smacked in the head with a frying pan

~Terrified by  ghost or monster

~Turned into a zombie
